Hoping this is a bug that will be fixed with a (very near) future update. I’ve spent almost all afternoon trying everything I can think of, from connecting through other devices, to factory reset, to reinstalling the firmware update and reinstalling the app, multiple times. I am now unable to connect to the camera through our local WiFi, only through the camera hotspot, which is a problem because it means I can’t connect to other devices on the LAN.Įvery time I try to connect, the app gives me a message that the camera is not responding. Somehow I was able to complete it, but not in time to troubleshoot a new connectivity issue, and we had to proceed without it-no livestream.
